Founded by Donaven Gauger in 2018, the company reflects decades of hands-on experience across multiple trades and Wisconsin union work.
Donaven began his career in the trades in 1993, working through Local 113 and Local 392 labor unions and gaining experience in everything from landscaping to concrete and carpentry. In 1998, he joined the Local 75 union plumbers and began a plumbing apprenticeship that shaped the direction of his future career. Over the years, he worked for a company where excessively high fees didn’t align with his values. That experience reaffirmed his belief that homeowners deserved expert craftsmanship without inflated prices or hidden tactics.

1993
The Trades
Donaven Gauger begins his career in the trades, working through Local 113 and Local 392 labor unions. During this time, he gains experience across multiple fields including landscaping, concrete, and carpentry, building a deep understanding of hands-on work and customer service.
1998
Starting Plumbing Apprenticeship
Donaven joins the Local 75 plumbers union and begins his formal plumbing apprenticeship. This marks the point where he transitions from general trades into plumbing as his dedicated craft.
